Guidelines :

• Use the Google Chrome web browser if at all possible for the greatest user experience. We recommend using a laptop or PC, rather than a mobile or tablet.


• The fields in each section must be filled out completely.


• Since the system does not automatically save your work, you must complete all the forms in one session.


• Where appropriate, your digital signature must be uploaded. Before beginning the application process, please take a picture of your signature and have it accessible.


• Additionally, for corporate applicants, the company seal must be uploaded where applicable. Please take a photo of your company seal and have it available before starting the application process.
